Permanent Jewelry Care
Your permanent jewelry is designed to be a long-lasting, effortless accessory, but a little care will help keep it looking beautiful for years to come! Follow these simple guidelines to maintain its shine and durability.
Daily Care
Your chain is made of high-quality 14k gold-filled or sterling silver, which means it’s tarnish-resistant and safe for daily wear.
To keep your jewelry looking its best, rinse with water and mild soap if exposed to lotions, perfumes, or sweat.
Gently pat dry with a soft cloth to prevent water spots or residue buildup.
Swimming & Showering
Gold-filled and sterling silver chains are safe for water exposure, but prolonged contact with chlorine, saltwater, and harsh soaps may cause dullness over time.
If you swim frequently in pools or the ocean, rinse your jewelry with fresh water and mild soap afterward and pat dry with a soft cloth.
What If My Jewelry Breaks?
Your jewelry is designed to last, but accidents happen! If your piece breaks, keep the chain and contact us for a re-weld or repair service.
Permanent jewelry can stretch over time, if your bracelet, anklet, or necklace ever needs resizing, we offer adjustment services as well.
By following these care instructions, your permanent jewelry will remain a timeless and effortless addition to your everyday style. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us!
